I actually think the color scheme on the eclipse is cool, also once you get it in game, your not going to have all of the lighting and such, so it's going to look alot more grungy and blend in more with the gameplay.

It definitely does look a lot darker in game, yes. The colored stripes are actually going to change based on player ID -- first player (server) gets red stripes, second player blue, third green etc. Same for team games with red and blue teams/ships.

You can't customize the ship? Aww.

That's pretty common these days, for online multiplayer games, but oh well.

Damn dude, we are making a preview/demo/proof of concept with Proving Grounds, not a full game. Nobody said ship customization won't be in the FULL game. Hold on to your horses! ;)

Hmm, it'd be cool at least having some sort of update schedule on the Demo (that might even include something like normal mapped decals, for a player ship customization menu - or to reflect cosmetic ship upgrades or sustained damage effects after winning a specified amount of matches! ☺) - for the players that can't afford UE4 or even run the main game well enough to win matches, without upgrading their systems or buying a new one.

Just an idea for possible updates! :D
