[Fixed] Weapons fire passes through specific floor

I found a place on Neptune where weapons fire passes through the floor. Good news is that the ship won't go through. This particular floor isn't even that important in combat since it is in such an out of the way place and nobody's gonna use it for splash damage, but it would be wise for the testers to shoot all the floors and walls to make sure they're solid. Consider this an example of what we testers need to be looking out for.

Is that what that is?! I had that issue with the Gatling Gun as well.

Couple other things:

-- I noticed that with the gatling gun, (and maybe with other things), when you get close a wall you don't see the bullet or the hit on the wall. Is it an Unreal engine thing?

Some walls have additional fluff on them, and that fluff is not physical so that it lets ships hug the wall without clipping it. That also might be something to look in to.

That I noticed. The railing in one spot in particular you can fly through. The railings are located in Neptune.

All railings have their collision off so you don't get hung up unnecessarily while trying to dogfight. The railings in IceBreaker are setup the same way. Maybe not 100% realistic but trust me much better for gameplay this way.

What if you made it more bouncy? Like forcefields in that other game, where you bounce off sharply when you hit it?
Maybe a LOT less force though.

I had like ski-ramp style moguls that would lift you up over them. Rangers hated it in last year's test sessions and asked to have them removed. Honestly like them better not being there at all after trying it.

I like the railing fly-through aspect, I just wanted to make sure that's what you wanted. Turns out you planned ahead ;)

I was thinking maybe making the railings and fluff able to stop weapons fire and not ships, but whatever works as long as it doesn't hang up ships.
