[addressed] Inconsitency in Laser energy consumption

This is something I noticed when I used the laser while in a recharge station.

When I use the Quad Laser in the recharge station, my energy level is consistently rising (like +5 energy every second). However, when I switch the laser to rapid-fire mode, it gets suddenly very hard to recharge (about +1.5 energy every second). My best guess is that the truncation is messed up somewhere in the code. I can't really imagine mixing floats with integers, because that should give me some ridiculous numbers instead.

Outside recharge stations the energy consumption is consistent. Quad laser and rapid fire laser drain the same amount of energy/second.

Rapid fire lasers regen energy slower

I noticed that while shooting quad lasers, an energy center will regenerate your energy faster than if you were using rapid fire lasers.

Oh the title was misleading so I didn't notice

Yeah it may have to do with the fact that rapid fire lasers eat 0.25 units of energy and the fuel center charges you in integers. The fuel center is done all in Kismet though, not code. Hawk might be able to say more.

I'll dig into it. Conversion to Int does seem like a probable cause.
